Shipping Information

Processing times vary due to product availability. Most orders are processed and shipped out from our facility within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Larger orders may take 7-10 days to ship.

Shipping rates are calculated via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS for domestic and international orders. Expedited processing and shipping is available upon request when possible. Please email info@hollywoodfilmsupplies.com when faster shipping is required.

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Ground (2-5 business days) for small domestic orders and larger domestic orders may ship via USPS Priority (1-3 business days).

International orders ship via USPS, unless a request is made for upgraded UPS shipping (additional expense). International Customs processing times vary, so it is suggested to upgrade to UPS for packages with sensitive timelines, as UPS tends to be more reliable in their delivery date estimates. Please note that on International orders, additional import duty and VAT taxes, as well as local courier deliver fees are typically due to your courier at time of receiving your package.

The United States has comprehensive free trade agreements in force with 20 countries. If you are ordering from one of these countries, you will likely not have to pay any import duties, however any local taxes, such as VAT, will likely still be due to the carrier. These VAT taxes are treated the same as if you had paid them to another seller, so a VAT registered business should still be able to reclaim the VAT with their local tax authority like usual. Here are the 20 countries that the United States has a free trade agreement with: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Colomia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatamala, Honduras, Israel, Jordan, Korea, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Oman, Panama, Peru, Singapore, and USMCA.
