Reel can be used for Super 8 or 8mm with adapter. Design incorporates a three-way combination of automatic loading and manual loading, which provides a wide entry slot that tapers to a film-end grip. Style completely eliminates glued sections , creating an extremely rigid center and ensuring a reel that functions accurately. Scale measurements are displayed on both sides of reel. Cases are vented. One 400ft case, with spool removed, is an excellent solution for storage of 1 x 400ft spool (included) or 5 x 50ft Super 8 or 8mm films.

Always store any acetate/nitrate film collection in a low humidity and cool/cold area to avoid degradation (vinegar syndrome). Avoid metal cans and enclosed cases that are not vented.
